The i4
technology is revolutionary compared to others in
the industry. It not only measures, monitors and
automatically adjusts the weld current, it does it
on the secondary loop at the tips. By measuring the
current on the secondary side of the transformer it
leaves no guess work whatsoever.
It samples the weld 650 times per cycle or ONE
million times per second using the same technology
used in the space shuttle and in most satellites.
The AD converter (Analog to Digital) is extremely
powerful and allows the i4 to deliver the exact weld
current that is set by the operator regardless of
outside circumstances such as low voltage supply,
large weld nuggets, dirt tips etc.
It also features adjustable upslope and down slope.
Upslope ramps up the current to assure for a smooth
current draw and less demand from primary current.
The smoother initiation of the weld also decreases
the chance of sparking. |

| Aluminum Welding Station |
The Aluminum Weld Station system includes a portable welding cart,
welder(s), and all accessories necessary for aluminum dent pulling. The Aluminum Weld Station includes a Pro Spot
AL-5 Capacitor Discharge Stud Welder, which is designed for aluminum dent pulling & Welding UHSS panels.
Pro Spot AL-5 Capacitor Discharge Stud Welder is designed for
aluminum dent pulling but can also be used with steel studs for welding to UHSS panels with no or very
little heat applied to the panels. The welder is very easy to use and is controlled by one knob to
adjust duration of weld time. The welder auto detects the line voltage between 110 VAC – 240 VAC.
The Aluminum Weld Station features a folding work table that can be locked in an upright position to
accommodate your repair work. The table holds hoods, fenders, and trunk lids with ease. |

| PR 2000
Inverter Spot Welder |
PR-2000 is
designed with the latest inverter technology. The
weld current is delivered at 2000 Hz., compared to
conventional spot welders which use 60 Hz. The
advantage is more energy per time which results in
more powerful welds and shorter weld time.
The high
frequency DC weld current works extremely
efficiently with galvanized and coated metals used
in today's automobiles. The break-down in the metal
properties is minimal, preventing the HSS (high
strength steel) values from breaking down. The
inverter system is the latest and most advanced
technology available for resistance spot welding. |

Pro Pull is the latest in dent pulling technology for the collision
industry. This tool makes dent pulling into art! It's designed to be extremely flexible. Thanks to the
replaceable blocking plates and the adjustable weld shaft, the operator has a lot of options available
in how to maximize the pulling technique used when straightening the dent.
The Pro Pull doesn't require
a weld cable; it hooks up to the welding units directly through a current carrying weld shaft. The weld
shaft is adjustable by means of a knob located on top of the unit. With the adjustable weld shaft the
operator can be more precise ensuring a more accurate repair. |
